These terms govern your use of fivem.benzy.lol and your purchase of FiveM scripts from Benzy Development ("we", "us"). By using the site or making a purchase you agree to these terms.

Purchases & billing

Payments are processed by our authorized reseller, Tebex, which acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, currency, and applicable taxes. Prices are shown before checkout and charged in the store currency; currency figures shown elsewhere on the site are estimates.

License

Each script is licensed to you for use on your own FiveM server(s). You may not resell, redistribute, share, leak, or sublicense any script or its source. Scripts are protected by Cfx.re asset escrow. All intellectual property remains ours.

Delivery

Scripts are delivered automatically to the Cfx.re account you authenticate with at checkout, via Cfx.re asset escrow. Download your assets from the Cfx.re portal.

Discord

Purchases require signing in with Discord and may grant roles in our Discord server. Keep your Discord account secure; contact us if it is compromised so we can transfer your access.

Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineering, cracking, or removing escrow protection.
• Reselling or sharing scripts or accounts.
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks.

Disclaimer & liability

Scripts are provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
