Refund Policy

Our scripts are digital goods delivered instantly to your Cfx.re account. Because access is granted the moment you purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the asset has been delivered, except as set out below.

When we'll help

If a script is broken or materially not as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, contact us within 7 days of purchase on our Discord with your transaction ID. Eligible refunds are processed through Tebex, subject to their policies.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or dispute instead of contacting us will revoke your access to the affected scripts and related Discord roles, and may result in a ban from future purchases.

Tebex terms

As Tebex is the merchant of record, their refund and consumer-protection terms also apply to your purchase.
